[**]pplication concentration in air

1. Ozone industry hygiene standards:
International Ozone [**]ssociation: 0.1 ppm, 10 hours of exposure in the United States: 0.1 ppm, 8 hours of exposure in Germany, France, Japan: 0.1 ppm, China: 0.15 ppm.

2. The leakage of ozone outside the household ozone disinfection cabinet shall not exceed 0.2mg/m3 (referring to 1.5 meters away), and the residual concentration after one cycle of disinfection shall not exceed 0.2mg/m3.

3. [**]nimal experiments have shown that the starting concentration of ozone toxicity is 0.3ppm, while the detectable concentration of ozone in the air by humans is 0.02-0.04ppm. Based on the experimental results of ozone toxicity to lung function, 1.5-2.0ppm is proposed as the upper limit of allowable ozone concentration. The Ministry of Health stipulates that the maximum allowable concentration of ozone is 0.2mg/m3.

4. [**]ir application concentration, as a means of air odor removal and sterilization, requires a low ozone concentration, such as 0.5ppm (1mg/m3), while surface disinfection of items (killing microorganisms and removing chemical pollution) requires an increase of several tens of times the ozone concentration.

5. The oxygen concentration in air applications ranges from 1mg/m3 to 10mg/m3.

6. When the temperature is low and the humidity is high, the killing effect is good, especially when the humidity is less than 45%. Ozone has almost no killing effect on suspended microorganisms in the air. It gradually increases at 60% and reaches its maximum value at 95%.

7. Disinfecting food processing workshops with ozone can kill 80% of natural bacteria in the air by 0.5-1.0ppm.

8. Cold storage disinfection requires an ozone concentration of 6-10ppm. [**]fter shutdown, the sterilization rate of bacteria is about 90%, and the sterilization rate of mold is about 80%.

9. During fruit storage, 2-3 ppm ozone can inhibit the growth of mold and prolong the storage period by twice.

Concentration of ozone application

[**]pplication concentration in water

1. The solubility of ozone in water applications ranges from 0.1mg/L to 10mg/L. Low value is the minimum concentration required for water disinfection and purification, while high value is the concentration value that can be achieved as an "ozone water disinfectant".

2. The international standard for ozone purification of tap water is a solubility value of 0.4mg/L, which is maintained for 4 minutes, resulting in a CT value of 1.6.

3. Maintaining the residual ozone concentration in water at 0.1-0.5mg/L for 5-10 minutes can achieve disinfection purposes.

4. Ozone water disinfection and sterilization are rapid, and the disinfection effect occurs in an instant. Once the concentration of ozone in clean water reaches, it will kill bacteria within 0.5~1 minute, and when the concentration reaches 4 mg/L, the inactivation rate of hepatitis B virus within 1 minute is 100%.

5. [**]t 20 ℃, when the ozone concentration in water reaches 0.43mg/L, coliform bacteria can be killed 100%, and at 10 ℃, only 0.36mg/L can be killed completely.

6. When the concentration of ozone is 0.25-38mg/L, it only takes a few seconds or minutes to completely inactivate hepatitis [**] virus (H[**]V).

7. When the solubility of ozone in mineral water is between 0.4 and 0.5mg/L, it can meet the requirements for sterilization and quality assurance. The reasonable ozone dosage is 1.5-2.0mg/L.

8. Bottled water shall be treated to reach the ozone solubility value of 0.3~0.5mg/L, and it is required that the amount of ozone added shall meet the requirement of 1m3 water and 2gO3. [**]ccording to practical experience, the concentration of ozone is easily reached when it exceeds 8mg/L.
