The ozone generator tube is made of quartz tube, which is heat-resistant. The outer part is made of stainless steel, and the inner part is made of quartz tube. The material of quartz tube is mainly silicon dioxide, which has higher hardness and transparency than glass tube. Moreover, quartz tube is resistant to high temperature, wear and oxidation. The composition of glass tube is sodium silicate, silicon dioxide and calcium silicate, with sodium silicate as the main component.
What is the difference between the performance of quartz ozone tube and ceramic ozone tube?
1. Use ceramic discharge tube.
Ceramic discharge tube is the most commonly used method by northern manufacturers. The use of ceramic ozone generator is low cost accounting, and the price of ozone machine is relatively cheap. But it is used for a short time, and the ozone concentration is low, and the sterilization effect is not ideal.
2. Use quartz discharge tube.
The quartz discharge tube is open, and the ozone equipment is equipped with a large air volume fan. The ozone diffuses quickly and achieves a rapid sterilization effect. The quartz discharge tube is more suitable for large spaces. The ozone machine has a large gas volume and a relatively good sterilization effect.

We had a leak in our sunroof and rain came in and mold smell came afterwards. I tried many other things to get rid of the smell as we knew where the water fell into the back seat and on the rear floor. I sprayed the seat and the floor with 3% hydrogen peroxide which did not fully get rid of this mold. The ozone treatments with this device helped me destroy the remainder as the gas could penetrate crevices where the peroxide spray couldn't reach.

ozone is a little heavy, takes a TON on electricity but it is way powerful it will replace ALL of the breathable air in a room you have to shut the doors and get out of there the ozone looks like light smoke. get all pets and people out of the room. Has a timer on it you calibrate it to the square footage but it will literally kill all insects, sterilize the room and STRIP any and all smells from ANY and all surfaces in the room. It will remove cat pee smell on the molecular level- also diesel smell. it also works on dog pee smell and chicken coups. it also kills flies and repels most insects. Also kills rats by suffocation. ask me how I know.

I was skeptical about this, but it definitely work. But use wisely. My house is 1300sqft. I smoke and have a dog, I live in Missouri with very high humidity and I had a musky crawl space(just to give you what I was experiencing).
The process I used was I put the generator on a chair elevated in front on my basement door on the 1st level(1 level house with finished basement). Set it for 2 hr with the fan on my a/c unit running. Left the house with my dog. After about 1 hour I switched the a/c unit to air conditioner (I have a smart thermostat to controll from my phone). For the last hour I ran the original air conditioner. Gave that an extra hour to cycle. Came home and it was such a fresh smell, but definitely can tell the machine worked. It is a hint of smell of the ozone but not bad. To make sure it was safe. I opened a few windows and again set the thermostat on only fan for 1 hour to make sure it was safe(dog outside). In total it was 4 hours process. I really feel that I could have just done 30 mins - 1 hour of the generator running but I wanted to be safe. I definitely recommend this and do some short research on YouTube. Buy this for smelly homes. Ask me about the process and I'll tell you if my comment was not clear.

I bought a pickup truck and, although everything else about it is what I wanted, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the cabin, despite a thorough cleaning by vacuuming and wiping down all hard surfaces.
I saw a number of recommendations and reviews for ozone generators as being the solution but I admit to being very skeptical. I bought this ozone unit and set it up in the truck with a slightly lowered rear passenger side window and the AC on recirculate. I ran the unit for half an hour. Finally, I then ventilated it with all windows open and a table fan running full and oscillating inside on the console between the front seats.
The result was nothing short of astounding! The smell was almost completely eliminated. I would estimate it is 85% gone. I could still smell a trace and will run another pass with the ozone generator in the next few days when I get a chance to replace the cabin air filter. I expect it to be even better after that run.

Ozone treatment provides a treatment that is both faster and less corrosive than traditional chlorine treatment. And it is a green strong oxidant. After it finishes its work, it can be oxidized and reduced to oxygen, which is very friendly to the environment. So we use the ozone instead of the chlorine for the wastewater treatment.
