The ozone discharge chamber is made of the most advanced honeycomb technology dehydroxylated quartz tube. The structure is extremely stable and has a long service life. It has high discharge efficiency and is not easily damaged by backwater. It is heated to a red-hot state and quickly placed in cooling water (15--20℃) without cracking or bursting, and remains intact. The breakdown resistance and resistance to sudden changes in temperature of the honeycomb dehydroxylated quartz structure are much higher than those of precision ceramics and enamel structures. Large and medium-sized ozone generators are mainly composed of five major components: air compressor and purification and drying or oxygen production system, cooling system, ozone discharge chamber, power control system, and ozone tail gas treatment system.
