● The ozone discharge chamber and the outer chamber (electrode) are made of stainless steel, and the ozone generating units are arranged in a honeycomb shape. Each ozone generating unit has an independent high-voltage fuse, which ensures the overall safe, normal, reliable, stable and effective operation of the discharge chamber.
● The power supply and electronic control chassis is also made of stainless steel. The operating system is mechanically indicated or PLC controlled (optional). Honeycomb ozone tube:
Multiple ozone tubes are combined, and the internal shape is close to the shape of a honeycomb, hence the name honeycomb ozone tube. The dielectric material is high-purity dehydroxylated quartz tube, with a dehydroxylation rate of less than 10ppm and a SiO2 content of more than 98%. It can withstand a temperature of 1600 degrees and a voltage of 30KV, which is much higher than the peak high voltage of 7KV produced by the matching high-frequency high-voltage power supply, and will not be broken down and burned by high voltage. Inner electrode: titanium alloy, corrosion resistance is better than 316 stainless steel. Under high-voltage and high-frequency continuous discharge, it will not be oxidized, blackened, rusted, or deformed after 5 years of use; discharge gap: 0.35MM; sealing material: stainless steel flange, polytetrafluoroethylene plate plus fluorine rubber ring, anti-oxidation and acid-alkali resistance, with a service life of up to 8 years.
